What is TUDCA?
TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) is a water-soluble bile acid that is naturally produced in small amounts in the body and has a long history of usage in Traditional Chinese medicine.
In addition to supporting a healthy flow of bile, TUDCA also supports overall liver, eye, and cardiovascular health.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) serving of TUDCA per day. It is not recommended to take more than six capsules (1500mg) per day. As TUDCA is water soluble it does NOT need to be taken with food.
Warning: TUDCA should not be taken before drinking alcohol as research indicates that the combination of alcohol and TUDCA may be more damaging to the liver than alcohol alone. It is acceptable to take TUDCA the next day after drinking.
